General Information

• Special rates and facilities for corporate patients having Tie-up with Ruby General Hospital
• Tie-up with almost all TPAs (Third Party Administrators)
• Preferably take prior booking of any OPD Consultation or Investigation.
• Please call OPD Tele-Caller at 033-66011800 between 8.00 a.m. to 8.p.m. (Monday – Saturday) & 8.00 a.m. to 4.00 p.m. (Sunday).
• When you first come to the OPD, please do the Registration, Billing and then our Sr.PRO will guide you as per your requirement.
• Please give your accurate details at the time of Registration.
• For any investigation/procedure contact OPD Reception-PRO.
• Corporate patients should inform OPD Front Desk-PRO regarding their corporate status to ensure proper billing. Any document/referral letter from their company should be deposited at OPD Reception.
• Health Check-up patients should preferably report to the OPD at 8.00 a.m. on an empty stomach.
• Please bring all old prescriptions/reports when visiting the OPD.
• Reports are delivered from 8.00 a.m. to 8.00 p.m. (Monday – Saturday) & 8.00 a.m. to 2.00 p.m. (Sunday).
• Most reports are available on the same day.
