Guidelines for Package Investigation

• Please make prior appointment.
• Register between 8 am to 9 am.
• Please come after 12 hours of fasting.
• Bring morning urine sample (sterile container may be collected from hospital beforehand).
• No food should be taken till USG of upper abdomen is done.
• Drink a lot of water before USG of lower abdomen.
• Pregnant ladies must inform before any radio-logical investigation.
• Ladies should avoid giving urine samples during menstruation.
• Full payment should be made during registration.
• All the investigation reports will be available on the following day.
• Health Card & Care Card discount not applicable to health screening packages Viz. MEHC, MHC, CHC, PEC, GC, WWME.
